Accessing your advisor

The Dashboard contains the Your advisor section, which displays the contact details of the sales representative assigned to you. This section provides quick access to your advisor’s information for any inquiries or assistance.

Updating your profile settings

Reset password

Update your password and manage your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) settings to enhance account security.

When you click Reset password an in-app browser will open, directing you to the SSO Page, which contains the following sections:

  • Personal info – Contains your information
  • Account security:
    • Signing in – Update Password, MFA information
    • Device activity – List current session from signed in devices

Logout

Signs you out of the application and clears your session for security purposes.

Locking and unlocking credit for a client or family member

Choose which client that you would like to update.

Choose Clients list > Scroll through the client list and click Protection once you find them. 

If you want to update a family member of a client:

  • Choose Manage family > Scroll through the family list and click Protection once you find them. 

Once selected, the overall credit block status for this person is shown at the top of the screen.

  • Credit Block On – When all bureau statuses are set to Block
  • Credit Block Off – When at least one bureau status is set to Unblock

You can choose to Block/Unblock all bureaus at once or you can toggle each of them independently. Please refer to the FAQ to understand timing around a new Block/Unblock request.

If you are choosing to Unblock, you will be requested to specify the amount of time before the system automatically Blocks it again. Your choices are as follows:

  • 24 hours
  • 48 hours
  • Custom — where you will choose a date from the calendar.

Viewing the lock status of all your clients

From the home screen, click on Clients to view your list of all clients, including their current Credit Block status.

Viewing the freeze status of a client’s family members

From the home screen, click on Clients and scroll to find the client you are interested in viewing. Click on Protection for that client > Manage family.

To toggle between family members, select a new family member from the top right of the screen.

Be sure to choose Logout of client to exit out of this family list and return to your full list of clients.
